For decades Carlos Johnson has been committed to enhancing the lives of youth, parents, and families. As a professional speaker, trainer, author, and radio-talk host; Johnson delivers motivational, educational, and passionate speeches that ignite the human spirit — encouraging people of all ages to overcome current challenges and fulfill their dreams to attain what he calls Personal Success!
In 1990, Johnson’s life experiences contributed to his birthing I.M.A.G.E. of Success, Inc. Within this company, emerged the I.M.A.G.E. Personal Success Failure Prevention System, a philosophy and curriculum that teaches youth how to discover, plan, and train for the achievement of academic and Personal Success.
Johnson and his team of consultants have successfully turned around three failing charter schools while transitioning them from traditional company management style schools into independent models. This accomplishment has saved these schools hundreds of thousands of dollars and brought many more valuable programs and resources directly into the classroom.
After seeing up to 70% of Detroit males fail in the classroom, Carlos developed and wrote The Pains and Joys of Educating Boys, a classroom management training system.
Currently, Carlos Johnson travels the county working with public, private, and charter schools helping both teachers manage classrooms and school districts reduce the gender achievement gap.
To further his goal to help families, Johnson wrote and published Daily Prescriptions for the Common Parental Headache and The Pains and Joys of Raising Boys.
